GRPR, the government relations and strategic communications division of Gray Reed Advisory Services, was recognized in Capitol Inside’s 2025 Texas Lobby Power Rankings. Capitol Inside has published the rankings since 2003.
The recognition notes the work of Adam Leggett, Managing Director of Government Relations. Adam has more than two decades of public service and policy experience, including senior roles in the Texas Senate, the Office of the Governor and staff work in the U.S. House and U.S. Senate.
