Ruth Ann Daniels leads Gray Reed’s Labor and Employment group. She advises employers on workplace disputes, investigations and the day-to-day issues that can become a public matter.
Her work includes discrimination, harassment, retaliation and non-compete disputes, in court and in arbitration. On a crisis, she is the employment counterpart to the communications team.
