Chris Davis leads Gray Reed’s Government Investigations & Compliance group. A former SEC Senior Trial Counsel and a CPA, he guides companies through investigations, enforcement and the disputes that follow.
He also advises on cybersecurity and data privacy. On GRIDS he is the investigations and compliance counterpart to Gray Reed Advisory.
